Saturday 9th May 05:30 Couch to 10k Week 1-1 Run 1 of 18
5 minute warmup walk, run 10 minutes, walk 1 minute x 4, total time 53 minutes
A hard slog, knackered from the start! Was pretty tired this morning, not enough sleep.
Did finish though. A stunning sunrise. It’s gonna be a bright sunshiny day!
Sunday 10th May 05:30 Strength and Flex Week 5
Week 5 again as there are no higher levels.
I’ve got to the stage where I can do all these exercises with correct form and feel great upon completion. The stretching section is really good for getting rid of muscle tightness.
Monday 11th May 05:30 Couch to 10k Week 1-2 Run 2 of 18
A much better run today, I felt fresher. Plenty of sleep last night. I woke up naturally this morning without the aid of my alarm clock.

Beautiful sunrise, beautiful morning, cracking work-out, enough said.
Wednesday 13th May 05:15 Couch to 10k Week 1-3 Run 3 of 18
I woke at 04:45 this morning (no alarm clock again) and had time for a quick meditation before my run. I really have been blessed with glorious weather on my morning runs, it’s another cracking morning. 4 x 10 minute runs interspersed with 3 x1 minute walks then the 5 minute cooldown, Felt great, a bit puffed, but felt great.
