Friday 17th April Couch to 5k Week 7-1

Week 7, 3 equal runs of which begin with a brisk 5-minute walk, then 25 minutes of running.

Increased total distance. Good run

Sunday 19th April Couch to 5k Week 7-2

5-minute walk, then 25 minutes of running.

Same route, same distance.

Monday 20th April Strength and Flex Week 5 duration: 43:32

Tuesday 21st April Couch to 5k Week 7-3

Feeling really good after each run now.

Thursday 23rd Strength and Flex Week 5

I can now perform all exercises, full reps and full range of movement.
