Be present and practice mindfulness.
Mindfulness means living in the "here and now." When you're mindful, you are completely present in the moment. Like meditation it takes practice, but it gets easier with time.
Your brain needs to process all the events in your daily life. Set aside 20 minutes each day to think and reflect. Put it in your diary.
