What are you afraid of?

What do you fear?

What are you avoiding doing?

What aren't you facing up to?

What do you need to do?

For me this came out as anger directed towards my father.

I remember growing up, treading on eggshells, too scared to ask for anything, in case I upset someone, feeling like the black sheep of the family, feeling alone and unloved.

I was scared to confront my father and speak about my feelings for many years.

Finally, I wrote down all the things that were triggering me emotionally and I called my father.

We talked about my father's divorce, my mother not bonding with me and leaving the family and my relationship with other family members.

When we finally talked, I found that my father had had his own difficult childhood and was bringing me up based on his own experiences.

After feeling unloved for many years, I discovered that I was always loved and that due to my father's own heart break he was unable to express it.

You see we are all living our lives based on what we believe to be true, not what is actually true.

By working with a coach, you'll get to uncover all these limiting self-beliefs, chuck them out and write new empowering ones.
