What do you want?

What do you really want?

Are you doing enough to get the results you want?

Do you really, really want this?

Do you want this enough?

What are you going to do instead?

It's 04:00 am and I'm writing this after waking at 3:30am and asking myself these same questions.

Some of the questions we can ask ourselves about what we want to achieve are:

Do you like what you are doing?

Do you enjoy it?

How do you feel when you do it?

Do you feel fulfilled when doing it, or empty?

If the answers to the above questions are positive, then what do you need to do?

Do you need to make more time to do this?

Do you need to stop doing something, which is not getting you results to make the time for this?

Do you need to get up earlier to do this?

Again, ask yourself, is it really worth it?

If it is, give yourself a kick up the arse, pull yourself together and get it done!

If the answer is no, don't despair.

Is it aligned with your core values?

Maybe you need to do some work around this?

What do you love doing?

What did you really enjoy doing as a child?

Can you incorporate this into what you are doing?
